Used Book Sale and Friends of Jaclyn Fundraiser
Helping Paws and the Fifth grade are hosting a used book sale to benefit "Friends of Jaclyn" - the NEU charity of the year. Friends of Jaclyn aims to improve the quality of life for children and their families who are battling pediatric brain tumors by pairing them up with high school and college sports teams.
Gently used children's books will be collected February 23-27th
Book sale will be held March 2-6th (50¢ each)

Before - and After - School Care
Children in Action is the Wheeling Park District before- and after-school care program for children in grades K-5 who attend Tarkington, Field, Twain, and Whitman schools. Operating through a partnership with School District 21, the program is offered every attendance day at Tarkington. Click the above link for more information.
